  • Full financing up to 100% on build cost
  • Up to 65% site acquisition finance
  • Lending on residential-led developments located in Dublin and Greater Dublin area
  • Asset re-finance/equity release available for sites already in ownership
  • Direct access to principal lenders, not an intermediary

  • Development finance from €350,000 to €5 million but may consider up to €10 million

  • Interest Spread – paid over term rather than one lump sum

  • €3 million to €20 million
  • 80% finance
  • 5-year terms
