- Loan sizes from €1m – €20m
- Full financing up to 100% on build cost
- Up to 65% site acquisition finance
- Lending on residential-led developments located in Dublin and Greater Dublin area
- Asset re-finance/equity release available for sites already in ownership
- Direct access to principal lenders, not an intermediary
